The thing that really gets me about Disney is that they appropriate old stories like Snow White or Pinnocchio or the Little Mermaid, strip the guts out of them to make them "family friendly" then have the nerve to present them to the public as their own creations. I wonder how many people there are who think that Bambi, Winnie the Pooh and Cinderella are Disney characters, not appropriated from pre-existing sources?
