Kind a' like that Muslim prisoner (can't recall his name) who shot himself 3 times in the back of his head while in an Iraqi prison during Saddam's time.

Oh really? If this guy severed a major artery in his neck he would bleed to death fairly quickly and the 'sharp instrument' should be fairly close by as well. Where is it?
