I think there needs to be some type of lockout or self destruct mechanism installed on products containing materials and info with high sensitivity rating.
I think we need to ressess the problem. Instead of making the information impossible to get at, Make the punishment more severe and people responsible more accountable. If you take sensitive data out of a secure facility- if anything happens to it it's YOUR ass!
