I think you are right on the money Chestnut, PLUS it is proved that exercise increases mood and focus and makes you healthier, which in turn elevates your attitude and mood.

Many doctors know that instead of prescribing anti-depressants, if they would prescribe getting off your butt and walking for 15 minutes a day it would have basically the same effect.

Inertia keeps you sad and glued to your tv/computer. Breaking it elevates your spirits as you actually are accomplishing something.

Great clip, thanks!

Great! It is a fact that this kind of therpy works to help people get free from addictions and other mood disorders. I pray for more of this kind of help.. We are going to need more of this kind of activity for many as we see the days ahead. Lots of depression can come on the wings of the News Media!

Suebee777 - I agree with you. What a simple concept. Give people with no hope...a hope. Give people with nothing to "do" but worry...productive, healthy activities. I love it! Why is there not more of this everywhere? !!!

Excellent Clip.

I have been homeless myself so I really know the bite of homelessness. I have known and met many people along the way from all walks of life. Some turn to alcohol and drugs to fill the void of what is no longer in their lives. This clip demonstrates resources that are beneficial to these people. We need more programs to help ignite the fire that still smolders within a person that has sunk to some of the depths of the abyss that homelessness takes people. Some never come back! Every single person out there on the street has a story to tell. One of the greatest tools out there to help someone on hard times is application of time in a positive manner, that application of time must be compatibl...
