I recommend sagas choise like "les frères Karamasov" or "Dune". Good dreams. I have found that the caffeine thing is soooo true. Even iced tea with dinner ruins me for the night. I used to hate naps though. Now they are great, if I take them at the right time and for the right amount of time. If I did all of my worrying in a chair in another room, I would never go to bed ... I'd be sleeping in the chair every night! |
