The sparkling confection was created by Lazare Kaplan for Bruster's. It contains nearly 20 ounces of yellow and white gold and plenty of diamonds. To be more specific, it's decked out with 548 round diamonds, 87 square emerald cut diamonds, and one breathtaking 5.63 carat fancy intense yellow radiant cut diamond.
