Rebecca Ruiz says: The Obamas are planting a vegetable garden on the White House lawn in an effort to publicize healthy eating. The seeds and mulch will cost $200 and they'll be able to harvest spinach, chard, collards and cilantro, among other things. Do you think this will educate the public about more healthful options or go largely unnoticed? I've seen it on most of the mainstream news stations, so I think it will garner some attention. |
