shaor says: Hope she suffered at the end like Sharon Tate did! Life imprisonment without any possibility of parole was the appropriate penalty for Susan Atkins for the heinous murder of Sharon Tate and her in utero baby. She was not sentenced to life imprisonment to be rehabilitated, but for Justice to be served. To say: She ought to have been released on compassionate grounds when her brain cancer had been diagnosed, instead of dying in prison. How cruel and inhuman.is absolutely ridiculous. The remorseless Atkins was not a victim of revenge; it was Justice that was served in its highest aspect. The mercy denied Sharon Tate was appropriately denied Atkins. |
