The rich already get away with murder. It's called being able to afford a more expensive lawyer.
Its doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, but how well the other guys lawyer is paid to lie for them.

With enough money, jail would be just like going to a spa. It kind of beats the whole concept of punishment to be able to buy your way to good times. Justice indeed...
