Besides our current energy policy is inherently racist.

Why not drill here? Why do the democrats demand that we use oil from other countries and not our own... The mantra is to keep our areas pristine and beautiful (ANWR). Meanwhile the Nigerias and other countries who supply the oil befoul theirs with subpar drill and recovery techniques... NIMBYesque at is most base...

Ever wonder where every prosperous city sends its refuse? To poor areas that are usually heavily minority occupied. Never see any landfills in the rich and white areas of town, do you? That is our drilling policy in a nutshell... exploit their land and keep ours to enjoy. Like I s...

I don't think these groups are really opposed because of racism like some conservatives are (because it does disproportionally affect poorer areas and countries), but because they are putting their hands out to get their slice of the glow ball warming pie.
