I miss the old fish markets. I could SEE the fish for myself with all the skin and stuff.

I agree with ChaosSyron. Nothing quite as good as seeing before buying. That's one area where the slow food movement comes in handy. A big POP to both Kate Stoeckle and Louisa Strauss.
