This totally belies the talking point that occupying Iraq has somehow made the US safer from terrorist attacks.

The Iraq war has been "Manna from Alla" for Osama and the boys. They could not have obtained a better outcome if we had decided to join their terrorists endeavors. We did all the wrong things.....and the sad thing is that this outcome was predictable from the onset.

Although many on the right immediately dismiss this as anti-American, etc. I think they really should consider that it is a big problem for everyone, whether you support the war or not!

Ignoring it won't make it go away, and it very well might make things worse!

I really wish that our government would try harder to discredit the terrorists in the eyes of Muslims, rather than simply trying to kill them. Just because hearts and minds are seldom won with bullets does not mean they cannot be won at all.
