sharon-mafra says: Please check the advices on the site http://www.lungusa.org/site/pp.asp?c=dvLUK9O0E&b=40327 They are really worthy! Two of the things that stuck out One is the principle of avoiding lies, by asking when doing something, if there is is a reason it may cause us to have something to hide. The other one was writing things down. It's easy to hear something and be convinced it can be remembered, finding later, that the memory is less than hazy. Writing stops you from having to remember trivial information, that is more likely to be forgotten. Writing, also involves another part of the brain, so it reinforces the imprint. Still it's easier now with PDAs. There are plenty of other good ones. One per week Avoiding lies, in my opinion, avoids stress because you won't have to worry in the future about remembering "what lie I've said to this person" in order to go on a conversation, and other similar situations..... In summary, lies are too much worwork.... Besides, lies have short legs, as we say here in Brazil... |
