This latest policy is an attempt to nopt have to answer all those pesky questions, like, was the shooting justified? The population of Baltimore will now have to have total and complete faith in their police department that no police officer will use his weapon against any citizen without legal justification.

Guaranteed, if this policy is allowed to stand, other jurisdictions around the country will soon adopt it.

Do we really have that much faith in our police?
