What would have happend if the West stayed at home

Probably Japan stands the highest out of all nations that where not greatly influenced by the west. Because at the time the “colonials” took to ship and “visited” other countries the Japanese were as advanced, they had ships, technology and noticeable laws. Today they still do things their way and presently are influencing west and are the largest uni-race nation.

India was colonised by the British some years ago, and when the British pulled out, they left the country in tatters. Its only now with out the British is India growing.

Now I would like to believe that if the west did not see so many nations as Primitive and open for exploitation we may have lived in a peaceful world.

Who need...

Who needs ipods, whisky and cigars, when you could be a comanche brave on you mustang riding the open plain, or a bushman make a long trek with his family to celebrate a wedding in another tribes camp, or a Muari warrior with his tongue out putting fear in the eyes of his enemy.

To me that all seems better than cigars and aeroplanes. But then again I always want what I can’t have.

But what would the future of these “primitive” tribes be like with out the white man and what would the first encounter be like after they had time to “develop”?
I don’t know, we where never given the chance to find out.
