Bat Ayin is an Israeli settlement and communal village in Gush Etzion, on the edge of the Judean hills in the West Bank. It is a settlement built on Palestinian land and is not approved by the Israeli government. The settlement is illegal under international law.

The particular brand of Bat Ayin Orthodoxy has been called Chavakuk, an acronym for the four main influences on the Neo-Chassidic culture of the village. Proscriptions on dress, hair covering, and lifestyle (according to Orthodox halakha) are conditions for joining and staying on the settlement (for example, married women must cover their hair). And we had a president (Bundespräsident Rau) who said, that mankind have to respect the biblical rights of the jews. He is well respected until today (is written in our papers and told in TV) for his speeches, instead to keep him in closed Psychatry, and high decorated with medals. Maybe he sees the Christianity as a jewish sect (what it is, indeed) and want to have part on ruling the world. That is in grave convergency to our law and constitution, on that he was official sworn.

What are biblical rights?
Rights dictated by a people for their own benefit against the rest.
I don't quiet understand this. It seems like thieves drawing up their bill of rights.
