Excellent clip! Trolls know that people who care, care about respecting others' right to be heard, and will use moderators' tender hearts to to shame them into letting trolls have their way.

Just like abuser of all types. Shame is the weapon. "You've got to listen to me or you're not ..."

Anonymous nastiness is easy to write, and will always find an appreciative audience. I don’t care. It’s not a manifestation of the free and open discourse of the internet; it’s a thing that destroys that discourse.
