I started taking this about 6 months ago and wasn't really sure if it would help the numbness I was starting to experience from my diabetes. About a month or so ago, I ran out and didn't reorder. I didn't think it was working. Boy was I wrong. Within 2 weeks I found there was numbness in my toes and knees. I reordered and took a double daily dose for the past month and I'm 98% numbness free. Everyone is different, I'm not a doctor, just a person with diabetes that this has helped.
