If this was the script for a comic broadcast, no one would believe it.
Maybe - as he appointed so many of them - he believes he is superior to the Supreme Court!!! This would be an obvious conclusion for him to reach given his ability to drive a coach and four through the American Constitution and the Bill Of Rights, while Congress played tiddlywinks with each other.
