I agree! First off, I don't think anyone has studied the ocean going mammals living environments yet. I believe that whales may be as sentient as we have discovered dolphins to be. Dolphins are self-aware.

I do have empathy for the Japanese. The Japanese are like many peoples, they are having difficulty dealing with change.

That is why I believe that the international community must keep up the pressure, and insist that NO WHALE MEAT OF ANY SPECIES be sold, given away or consumed by any other animal.

It seems to me that this pressure from people around the world, the condemnation, makes the Japanese "lose face", and I think this may help them turn from this hunting.
