Interesting democracy. Do everything you can to stop supporters from the other side voting. Other countries do it. Butma held a referendum just after the cyclone. Many Africans shoot opposition voters so I suppose America is more civilized about it.

Under the Indiana law, the document must be in the exact name that appears on the registration rolls and must have an expiration date that has not yet passed.
