I recommend not listening to any of the food advice if living old issue, a priest from the church of the heavenly rest, NYC, had grandparents who were poor immigrants and lived on nothing but Patnark hot dogs and orange soda, living in the "polluted" then city of Brooklyn, where they both died at 103, as told to me in the sacristy by RR on 5 E 90, NY, NY c.2001....

The food obsession ought to be replaced by a 1 second to midnight solution - food studies are obsolete for a species likely to be extinct in this century anyway. Nuclear proliferation is the only issue that is avoided because the truth if it's consequences means: your life will be beyond meaningless.
