This is not a new article, nor new ideas, but it a good reminder as to how far and how close we are to achieving true healthy longevity

Don't get me wrong, I want to live as long as possible just as much as the next person. But the problem with people living longer and longer is that the population keeps getting bigger and bigger. Eventually we will exhaust our natural resources and just plain run out of room and breathable air. But the human race is quite resourceful so I'm sure we would find a solution of some sort.
