Recently, a video clip of Cheney has been circulating. It's from 1991, when he was Secretary of Defense under Bush I, and was explaining all the reasons not to go on to Baghdad and remove Hussein after Operation Desert Storm. It turns out he was lying then, and he really wanted to trash Iraq back then.
