I found a video on you tube a while ago claiming something similar so I bought a Burger from McDonald's (believe me I wouldn't eat it if they paid me) and left on my shelf. just to see if the video was true and not simply pulling my leg.

Nearly a month on and it honestly looks no different, no mould or anything.
