Common sense and medical science has proven over and over again that pot has valuable properties and benefits for people suffering (or not) from many illnesses. if you read the historical facts surrounding the 'illegalization' of Marijuana you'll clearly see that it happened only because of the emerging cotton industry (which produces a far inferior product compared to hemp), not because of any ill effect caused by the THC.
So, now, how do we educate the irrational fear of pot out of the "trust the government no matter what" crowd?
Thanks for the clip.

twokatmew, I suffer from IBS, and have found that it helps for that too.. mainly around aches and pain... also help relax me , reduce stress (temporarily) which is a trigger...

I keep wondering weather i should bother getting a doctor's "prescription" for it, but I don't use it enough...

It's fun how nobody seems to ever want to talk about the harmful aspects of it.

There are side effects for every drug, but the cost must be weighed up against the benefits.. The most dangerous aspect of smoking is literally The fear of being caught. Dope is not going to help anyone who is paranoid. If people are comfortable about using it as a medicine they can get the benefits, and it can be stopped any moment the patient becomes uncomfortable with the treatment or the effects. It's good to see studies with a positive outlook.

Plus it causes cancer, but wtf doesn't these days. Smoke if you want to. We'll get it legalized eventually. Honestly tho, look at our world right now; should this really be a main issue?

Unless if we got everybody high at the same time at least there'd be peace for about an hour, until we got all got really hungry at the same time.
