"What will the consequences be? Nobody knows, of course, although the analysts at Homeland Security fretted that things may turn out even worse than in the 1990s — that thanks, in part, to the election of an African-American president, “the threat posed by lone wolves and small terrorist cells is more pronounced than in past years.”

And that’s a threat to take seriously. Yes, the worst terrorist attack in our history was perpetrated by a foreign conspiracy. But the second worst, the Oklahoma City bombing, was perpetrated by an all-American lunatic. Politicians and media organizations wind up such people at their, and our, peril."

Even though those on the hard left hate the Jews. (See, they do have some common ground with the KKK / white extremists. Kind of reminds me when African Americans stood arm in arm next to White Rednecks waving Confederate Flags while chanting "Cubans go Home".)

They love to lump conservatives (folks like us who believe in small government; strong military; non appeasement of tyrants) along with the scumbag KKK types (like Sen. Byrd W. Va. Dem.). Using the same tactics as those used by Goebbels, by demonizing your opponents by associating them with evil, eventually enough pot smoking morons start believing this nonsense.

These lefties were silent when a leftist Islamic extremist killed some innocent soldiers at a recruiting office a few weeks ago, but took pleasure in reporting about some fanatic who killed an abortion doctor in a church. Both of which are reprehensible. But to show you the nonsense in the left's cannabis induced diatribes, compare what the DHS Report said with who the murderer at the Museum was:

DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists–including l...

And who was the shooter?
an 89-year old WWII veteran. [with] military training from back in ‘42 . ... [who'd] been out of the military 64 years. He wasn’t career military, he was a career nut. Ten million Americans served in World War Two, of the millions who survived are you going to put them on a terrorist watch list? It had nothing to do with the Department of Homeland Security report.
If the leftists out there would only sober up for a few minutes, maybe they'd make some sense, no?
