Shame on this country. PSTD as well as other mental illnesses are not treated (unless one can afford a private facility -- like for the "rich & famous"). Insurance companies don't want to pay and the costs of medications are horrific.
We need to bring our boys & girls home. AND treat any and all problems they have with quality care over an appropriate time period. Never mind this BS "its not service related".
