Ok, so art is something that cannot really be defined but that does not mean that you can do something so inhumane and disgusting and simply refer to it as "art" to make it right. This is absolutely disgraceful and only those who have a sick mind would refer to this as art. Surely there are laws to stop this kind of thing happening..it is pure evil.
