			Frank Morales began selling beer pops last week at his Rustico Restaurant in Alexandria. But the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control tells the AP the beer-sicles may violate state regulations. The regs require that beer be served in its original container or served to the customer immediately once it's poured.
