Damn, I love iced coffee. Who are these people and why are they always taking away the things I love most?

Now I have to decide if I’m going to believe it and ignore or don’t believe it and ignore it.

I think they're eliding the middle step there. It sounds like it's actually "consume high-calorie iced coffee drinks -> get fat -> being fat raises risk of cancer -> more likely to get cancer".

So it would seem that as long as one moderates one's consumption and does not become fat, the risk of cancer doesn't go up.

I hate the inaccurate, misleading way science research gets reported on in the mainstream media. *sigh*
