Attempts to curb greenhouse gas is misplaced. As I recently learned from fellow clippers, greenhouse gas is not the problem. Sure it makes sense to curb it for health reasons, just as anything that creates pollution should be subject for improvement.

I have always had a problem with passing measures that include a less than desirable and usually unrelated bill that could not have been passed on its own. If the attached bill has merit then it should be voted on separately, if not then let it die.
