Peeve: web pages that put the images as background images so they're difficult to clip.

As a younger man I always had to have the latest gadgets (80's and early 90's) But that gets expensive and ultimately futile.

Now I buy to suit my needs (why buy a Ferrari just to drive to the shops and back?)

As long as I can have the internet, use OpenOffice, and play Civilization III I'm happy.

I've played many hours/days of Sid Meir's Cvilization; from the board game in the late 70's to Civ IV. Civ III is by far the best and..... oh God, how many hours wasted?
