There is a way to subtly alter your password should it appear on the list, it how I encrypt many of mine.

There are a few simple rules you can follow to help secure your passwords.

Swap all vowels for numbers/symbols or remove them entirely.
Make sure it is at least 8 letters long, the more letters, the harder it is to crack
Periodically change your password(s)
Memorise it then destroy any physical copy
Do Not Keep It ANYWHERE On Your Computer

Follow those and your passwords should remain intact.
