Where is the sense of decency? You mean to tell me that there is no law to protect minors from businesses that exploit them like this? Give me a break. This is the United States of America. Where is our sense of decency? I can not believe the place is still open.

Beam me up Scotty there is certainly no intelligent life left down here.

A six grader!
This is definitely a very sad thing.
The club owner should be shot!
A normal person would have referred the girl to authorities so she could have gotten help, not taken advantage of the situation. This country is a mess!

Why?

Dallas city officials are looking into ways to revise an ordinance regulating sexually oriented businesses after it was reported that employing someone under the age of 18 isn't enough to shut down a strip club.

You can go to prison for a long time if you have pictures on your computer of underage girls engaged in sex acts. I would think nude dancing could certainly be considered sexual in nature. In an adult establishment run as a STRIP club there is no place for minors. I thought you could go to prison for furnishing alcohol to minors as well. SO it totally baffles me that this club is still in operation. I think I would have arrested everyone at the club, the owners of the club, the investors of the club and anyone else tied to it in anyway. That surely would hinder their operations for a while.

It sounds like you have a problem with the strip club to begin with, that is, with or without minors.

Ah? What about an under developed body is sexually exciting? I just don't understand this child porn thing? Am I out of the loop or is the world really getting sicker?

Well I do not know how you leaped to that conclusion but since you did let me clarify. Strip clubs are legal businesses. They have the right to operate under the law like any other business. However once that business violates the law then as far as I am concerned they loose that right to operate without penalties. In this particular case it seem egregious to me that having minors present in this obviously ADULTS only establishment is beyond resonable and if not illegal certainly is immoral. If parents can be fined or imprisoned for furnishing alchohle to minors then I would...

Well from the sounds of the report I doubt very much if this 12 yr old young lade was under developed, probaby she was overly developed for a girl of her age. That being said it is the exploitation of children for sexual gratification of adults that is if not criminal it is immoral.
