So Sen. Kennedy wants a re-do on the Mass. law now that it *might* affect the political dynamics in the Senate. I know he carries a lot of weight and influence but what was good in 2004 should be good enough for 2009.

I'm sorry for the Senator's terminal illness. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. However, trying to change the Mass. laws to allow for unfair manipulation of the process (NOW) and supply a link for his health care legacy is pretty low. It's good to see the Dem. Governor balking. I hope he allows the process to take it's course and the outcome be lawful.

Kennedy is a piece of crap. I'll be glad to see him gone from the senate although it's sad it will take death to get the crook out.

Must be nice to have everything your own way - change the rules to fit your agenda, change them back when it n fits your agenda again.
