The idea that so many people are rallying behind a man who drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl simply because he's an esteemed filmmaker is incomprehensible to me.

Here's the thing; had she been 18, would it then have been ok to drug her and rape her?

@Wiganfootie: Evidently. Kevin Smith, Luc Besson, and Greg Grunberg (Heros) have all come out to say Polanski drugged & raped a child and is not above the law.

SO happy to see KS & LB making that stand.
