Having Constitutional rights, etc. doesn't mean people will not abuse you or violate these rights we declare as valid and important for all.

What it does mean is that you can oppose such abuse.

In fact, I was surprised that there could even be something declared "a Jewish Day Care Center," and maybe this lawsuit will help challenge that, especially if such a center receives public funds.

But I know there are "Catholic schools," and "Jewish schoos," -- churches, mosques, temples, etc. so people want to worship, teach, etc. in their own way to their own people and that's considered okay and natural.

They just shouldn't get government money for it. Any why any Arab would want to be in a Jewish center is beyond me, since their appears a very deep racism and hatred between these two groups.

It's a shame to see it spill over into American life, although we are certainly a society that has to contend with such conflicts in many ways. Recent dramatic prison riots, for example, appears sparked by Latino and Black tensions (not to mention prison overcrowding).

Could there be a "Black Day Care Center?" or a Hispanic Day Care Center? Or White's Only?

It will be interesting to track this lawsuit and if it's a core issue to anyone find out what ways you can support it. Sustained action is necessary for real change.
