Antara says: ....on the campus of Notre dame! This is the problem with the anti-choice movement. They refuse to actually challenge the real issue. Instead they make up fake issues and strawman arguments in order to solidify their position. There is no majority of pro-choice that want "abortion on demand throughout all nine months of pregnancy". The anti-choicers always try present that argument and its just not true. 88% of all abortions happen prior to the first 12 weeks - less than 1% are done at late stages of the pregnancy, but the anti-choicers make just the opposite argument. Reading their vitriol one would believe that women, if given access to sexual education, live their lives with their legs spread and have as many abortions... I would like to see that anti-life pro-abortion activists put their beliefs aside and let science settle the issue of when life begins. What bugs me is that the need for an abortion of a baby is completely avoidable. Hello! Can anyone take some responsibility and not run on pure hormones and promiscuity? I'd also like to see the pro-child endangerment and anti-healthy family group put aside their beliefs and let science settle the issue. I'm betting they will never accept anything that doesn't agree with what they believe, however, and will go to great lengths to find scientists that say what they want to hear. |
