When a member of the school board refers to a gay/straight student alliance "a sex club" and gsy students as "fags," it safe to assume that gay students have no hope of being treated fairly. That is, unless it was "said in love," as the kind of harassment LGBT students need to herd them back with 'that necessary boundary" a'la NARTH.
