This is a bittersweet experience for the girl's parents, to be sure. They found their daughter, but they lost their father, and the little girl lost her grandpa. Even so, the girl will grow up knowing that the reason she lived was that grandpa had put floats on her arms; he kept her from drowning. Apparently he himself was not wearing a life jacket. Makes you think.

Wow! There is a happy "missing child " story!
Her parents must be so happy!
Thanks for the happy ending( a pleasant change from the negatives of the news stories)
