					<P>1½ oz vodka <BR />¼ oz Berentzen's "Apfel Korn" Apple Schnapps <BR />2 oz fresh apple cider (the cloudy sort) <BR />2 oz guava juice (strained) </p> <P>Build over ice in a tall glass and stir. Top with cinnamon foam (made in separate glass): 1 egg white; 2 oz apple juice; 3 tsp cinnamon; 3 tsp cinnamon sugar; 3 tsp Angostura bitters. Fully dissolve cinnamon and sugar in juice. Add egg white and Angostura.
