2 T baking powder

                            Combine all ingredients and put in a quart container, 
                            shake down if necessary. Store in a cool, dry place 
                            up to 6 months.</DIV>

                            In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons 
                            of oil with a wire whisk. Add 1-1/3 cups pancake mix 
                            and stir just until moist, and still a bit lumpy . 
                            Cook on lightly greased griddle or in a waffle iron.
