I recall traveling by a cab in Houston driven by a Jordanian who at the ned of the journey (dropping me at the airport on my way back to India) just gave me a hug! Unbelievable

novel approach - of course it's never easy to find a representative sample for the respective target group.
still, the HUMANe aspect of it is wonderful. And REAL interaction can certainly provide a valuable insight, not only into your counterpart's mind but sometimes even into your own.
