Stories are the best format for human communication.

Whether one wants to convey a idea or design an user experience.

This is why I think future of design is about Relation design. Which is to design for making the customer a family member, partner or atleast a friend.

When you help someone understand new technology in the context of their understanding of the world, they can co-creation the new reality with you because they can envision their place in it.

This is so pertinent to what we're doing here. Clipmarks is a new technology that enables me to participate in creating an information exchange. By learning the tools and pushing the boundaries of the platform I'm developing my understanding of the people and issues that make the world go round (and hopefully helping other people do the same).
