What a terrific gift. Not only does the recipient get a list of things you love about him/her, but it also shows you thought a loving them about them every single day for a year.

That is the real gift.

I like that idea, it's very simple. Could maybe use a calendar or a small day planner? Or strips of paper in a jar?

All of those sound great. Wouldn't a calendar for the next year be nice, every day filled in with a kind or loving thought about the recipient?

And the jar with strips of paper? YES! I have a jar filled with little things my daughter has said. When I need a laugh or a pick-me-up, I just grab a slip of paper out and read it.
