La reglamentación limitaba demasiado la superficie a construir y establecía un retiro de 4,5 metros respecto del arroyo que cierra el terreno. 24H ideó una cabina que se extiende en forma de telescopio, aumentando la superficie útil y volando sobre el arroyo.
