The key to losing weight is habitually eating right and exercising.

For those who may not understand this, it means preprocessed junk food and soda is bad for you, and you need to get off of the couch and do some form of physical activity for 30 minutes every day, you know, something that makes you sweat and requires motion.

If you do this, you will lose weight and the clogged arteries will unclog.

Wow as much as I hate to I have to agree with upstatemike, it is a simple math/science equation, people. The amount of energy your body gets from the food you eat - the energy your body uses = the amount of energy available to be stored as fat. If the first is less than the second, your body will use fat to provide the remaining energy needed, which is to say you lose fat.
