It's been war, war, war for a century. The US can't keep its hands of Latin America.

The US has neglected Central- and South America, as is also neglected Africa, and the Chinese Government has expanded its investments in those areas. US has and is still continuing to push for economic treaties that no country at this time should sign. The war on drugs is an utter failure, at home and abroad.
