Interesting that he isn't calling for lasting 'peace', just lasting 'truce'. Of course he could've called for it when rockets were flying daily into Israel... apparently he must've been occupied otherwise back then. Now that the UN buildings were destroyed, he managed to eek out a trip there and speak his 'calling'.

I guess we shall see how much hamas will listen to his calls.
